The Pamplona rug is based on an original Asmara painting by Russian artist Ludmila Slavinsky who imbued the rug with the drama of the Spanish city.
A thousand tonal shades of reds from ruby to Cabernet are complimented by gold and beige in a design inspired by the French Empire period.
Made with ancient French Aubusson dyeing and weaving methods, this hand woven Aubusson flat weave rug has thousands of subtle color shades, similar to antique Aubusson rugs.
Also available in cut and loop pile.
Has passed independent durability tests by the Independent Textile Service of Dalton, Georgia, USA.
Green manufacturing methods make this rug safe for children and pets. Unlike most other rug makers, Asmara never uses chemical washes.
