Premium Wissembourg- Polichinelle N°4

Another Wissembourg gem, printed by the C. Burckardt printing firm in the 1880s. The "scream" pose of these characters is a recurring theme in the series, and this one doesn't disappoint. If you're looking for a seriously quirky vintage image, you've found it. 

Condition: Very Good. Age-appropriate wear. Minor border wear, small border tears repaired with archival tape from behind.
